Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time

After dispatch, your order typically arrives within 5–12 business days.

Track & Trace

Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. 


Returns & exchanges

14-day return window from the date of receipt

Return window 14 days

You have 14 days to return your order, starting from the day you receive it.

Conditions

The product must be unused and in its original condition, including original packaging.

Return shipping costs at customer's expense

The cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer.

How to start a return

Send an email to seraeurope@gmail.com with your order number to initiate the return process.

Refund timeline

Once your return is received and approved, you will be refunded within 5 business days. Please note: the return address is located outside the EU — allow 2–4 weeks processing time after dispatch.

Received a damaged or incorrect product? Send photos to seraeurope@gmail.com — we will send you a free replacement.
